I'll await feedback of the best subTick delay value so I can set it as the default in ROM. A button displays the current delay value and Start resets the FMV. You can still alter the delay using up and down. You'll notice the subTick delay is set at 9800 from the get go. We now work with subticks which are a much finer grain of delay at a hardware level. I've changed the measure used to tweak the frame rate. I've also recieved a heavily tweaked VGM file from Alianger that plays better with Stef's XGM driver.
This stabilises the frame rate further and means there should be no VGM slowdown at all. This means transfer is at maximum 150 tiles per vblank.
I rewrote the way frames are loaded into VRAM. Sorry for the massive delay! Mrs and I went out for tea :)
